Integrity is the foundation for the experience of health. All exercising, time, and money spent on fasting, supplements, diets, devices and therapies, is ultimately to no avail if our integrity is out. No matter what you've done, your integrity can be restored via communication (including prayers).

Often our intrapersonal and interpersonal communication skills produce results other than what we believe we want, our stated intentions—we then get to see that we were unaware of our intentions and, in fact, that we unconsciously intended the unexpected result to remind us to address an incomplete.

Someone addicted to blaming and to withholding significant thoughts from someone of significance (spouse, child, parents, boss) will have a problem with one or more of the above premises; their definition of the word responsibile is missing the word cause.
