Tutorial Registration Form

Here is where you register to do the Spouse Abuse Tutorial.

• About the Tutorial Have you read pages 1 through 18?

• Eligibility Have you sent us your eligibility communication?

There are two forms:

1) The Registration Form
2) The Payment Form ($10.00 via PayPal, Visa, or MasterCard)

Upon completing the Registration Form accurately and completely and pressing the "Send Registration" button you will be forwarded to the Payment Form.

Once you have completed the Payment Form you'll automatically see the Payment Confirmation Form. The Payment Confirmation Form contains the URLs and the passwords so that you can begin the tutorial immediately.
