About the Tutorial

Part 1: About the Tutorial is free — no registration required. It takes about 45 minutes to read all 18 pages. If you read all 18 pages you will find yourself automatically producing different results through your communications. You may take as long as you wish (several sessions-days-weeks) to read it—sometimes it takes a while to be with and process something you have read that conflicts with your point of view.

After you have completed Part 1 "About the Tutorial" you may then register (it's free) to do Part 2, "The Tutorial." Registration is required for those who intend to do The Tutorial because you'll be asked to post your thoughts on the password-protected free Spouse Abuse Tutorial Message Board.
