Integrity
Integrity:
Whole, complete, nothing added, nothing
missing.
1) Examples of things added: Guilt, anger, thoughts withheld, health
issues.
2) Examples of things missing: An experience of health, prosperity,
satisfaction, love.
3) A person who operates from integrity
can be trusted to honor his/her word. Random House Dictionary
1) adherence to moral and ethical
principles; soundness of moral character, honesty.
2) the state
of being whole, entire, or undiminished: to preserve the
integrity of the empire.
3) a sound, unimpaired, or perfect
condition: the integrity of a ship's hull.
Uses:
1) In-integrity: A person is said to be in-integrity when they have
acknowledged to themselves, and at least one other person, all their conscious withholds
and all life's perpetrations, and, they experience being
acknowledged (to include acknowledging all supporters)
zero thoughts withheld from a parent or loved one.
2) Out-integrity: A person is said to be out-integrity when they
have a withhold with another, when they have not acknowledge a
perpetration to themselves or another or when they are withholding
acknowledgement of themselves, another or others, when they have
abused, lied or broken an agreement.
With respect to an organization:
1) Each member can
quote verbatim the Purpose of the Organization (else there is no
alignment; instead, it's a group of individuals in the process of becoming an
organization each member with his/her own reason for being there).
2) Each member accepts responsibility for the
success of the organization (zero withholds, blaming or
badmouthing). Upsets are communicated to the person with whom one
is having the upset. Problems are communicated along with one or
more solutions. i.e. Everyone picks up all litter and leaves the
bathroom/lunchroom cleaner everyone reports a dirty window.
3) The organization's forms are designed so that
all spaces
are filled in each time. All forms and reports are submitted on
time and filled in completely. Late or incomplete forms/reports
always mirror the integrity of the supervisor, ultimately, of
the boss who is not supervising the supervisor correctly.
4) Job Application Forms are scrutinized
by three separate people for accuracy and completeness (all
references are contacted). Whenever an employee is performing
poorly it most always can be traced to an error, inaccuracy, or
blank space on his/her Job Application Form; such incompletes
are missed by
a personnel department employee who is, him/herself, out-integrity (the
one responsible for checking the form who is also
performing poorly).
5) Each member
of an "organization" accepts
responsibility for managing his/her manger/supervisor/CEO.
