When you and the coach are complete with the first topic the coach will email you the URL to the next required topic.
To start the tutorial you must be willing to experience all sorts of thoughts and keep doing the tutorial. Keep in mind they are only thoughts.
In
other words, your mind will come into full play. It
will like, agree, disagree, judge, criticize,
evaluate, compare, analyze, denounce, put down,
invalidate and make it wrong. You might find yourself
arguing, perhaps like a student does with you or how
you did/do with your parents.
