I got your thoughts. You have a good grasp of how to use the Clearing Form. My sense is that you will soon be generating a different set of "junk" thoughts. As far as I can tell different ones just keep rolling in. The trick is to empty the mind of them, to share them with someone, rather than think them over and over again. You might even consider a journal although that could be incriminating if ever someone else read it. The world's not quite ready to just get what someone's thinking.

My ex woke up each morning and shared her dreams, it got me in the habit. I think it's an excellent process because one soon becomes comfortable, and used to, sharing even the weirdest thoughts.
