The tutorial consists of reading the five Tutorial Topics (free-no registration required) and, an optional, extremely powerful, free Clearing Process for Professionals (similar to a mission debriefing but with virtual amnesty for all behaviors).
Begin by reading A Definition of Responsibility, one of the five Tutorial Topics. As you read you'll find yourself agreeing/disagreeing with some of the content. Share your thoughts in the Comments Form (free-no registration required, comments only-no questions).
If you complete The Clearing Process for Professionals and read the five Tutorial Topics (clicking each hyperlink and reading all elaborations) you may request a free 3-hr coaching-consultation session with a mustang veteran now serving as leadership-relationship communication-skills coach.
There is no way to pass or fail the tutorial; it's about having some specific long-overdue conversations in support of being whole and complete. You can browse, start, and quit as often as you like. Interactions with the coach will result in many problems disappearing, you'll find yourself producing more favorable outcomes. Others will say that you're more comfortable to be with.
The tutorial makes a distinction between talking and communicating: Talking causes a problem, an incomplete, to persist, whereas communication always always resolves a problem. Talking about a problem guarantees that you'll still have the problem after the conversation. This tutorial is about completing ones life and military/combat experiences through communication; it's about restoring ones integrity.
