Fee

The fee for the combination online communication-skills tutorial and support group is $200 per month. The fee for each month thereafter is $200.

The fee includes unlimited posting on the private password-protected Support Group Forum for each month. The coach's policy is to answer posts within 72 hours, most are answered within 24 hours.

If you wish you may set goals to be accomplished every two weeks. The coach will support you writing/defining clear achievable goals.

You may choose to do only the tutorial part of the process and not participate in the goal-setting part of the process.

You may start the tutorial and take a recess any time you wish.

Refund Policy: There are no refunds except in the case of an emergency (a sudden unexpected event requiring immediate attention), such as family death, hospitalization, or if you are fired. In which case you will receive a full refund minus a $20 administration processing fee.
