Consultation Fees

Telephone Consultation Fees:
The fee for a three-hour telephone consult is $150
(Monday through Fridays) $200 weekends.
The fee for those who have done a consult before or
who have been in a support group is $100 (Monday through Fridays) and $150
on weekends.
A phone consult can have two participants
(plus the facilitator) providing each participant has their own corded phone instrument (no cell phones) and
both participants can be in separate
rooms.
The participant pays for any long distance phone charges.
Sometimes a phone consult is scheduled for late-night
or weekends to get the best long distant rate.

Face-to-Face Consultation Fees:
The fee for a face-to-face three-hour consult is $250
(Monday through Fridays) and $300 (weekends). The fee includes a follow up telephone conversation/clearing.
The fee for a face-to-face three-hour consult for
former
clients, support group, or workshop participants is $150 (Monday
through Fridays) and $200 weekends.
The fee for a Face-to-Face consult is paid at the door.
Note: All those who have participated in a Community
Communications' workshop are considered participants to this very day. That
is to say, the workshop, the communication mastery curriculum, never ends.

Couple or Small Group Consultation Fees: (face to face)
The fee for a 3-hour consultation/clearing is $250 for a couple or a small group (less than 5 participants).
Ask about the fee for consults for 5 participants
or more. It depends on several variables (profit/not for profit etc.)
For example: The fee for a family of
7 is $250. For 5-9 members of a business the fee is $500 which includes
an additional two hours to ensure everyone
is satisfied that communication took place.
Sometimes, at the client's request, a consult will
run over a few minutes for which there is no additional fee.

Consult Facility (location) for Face-to-Face
Consults:
Face-to-face consults/clearings for individuals, couples, or small groups
take place in the facilitator's residence in Hawaiian Beaches, Pahoa, or a hotel suite. The Hilo or Kona
hotel facility is
arranged and paid for by the facilitator for all Big Island consultations.
Off-site (away from
the Big Island of Hawaii to include US mainland/Alaska) the meeting facility,
lodging, and transportation are paid for by the participant.

About Fees: (Refunds)
Individual Consults: Individuals must pay their own
fee.
Sponsors/referrers: If you want someone to do a
consult you may loan them the fee, however, you may not pay their fee for
them.
Nonprofit organizations: If you are referring someone
within your nonprofit org you may elect to pay 50% of a participant's fee.
However, you may not pay half of their fee and loan them the other half of
their fee. The participant must
have an investment in the outcome,
The three-hour block of time for consults is fixed and
allows for communication to take place. If a participant
feels they are complete after, say two hours, they may end
the consult. The fee however, remains the same.
The client determines the day and time of the consultation. The fee
for a face-to-face or telephone consultation is the same no matter the time
of day. The fee for weekends is as described above, but again, the same fee
for any time
of day.
The fee includes you, and if
desired, one other
adult or teen (waivers for more participants are allowed for special
circumstances).
The fee can be paid through PayPal. With PayPal you have a choice, to pay
either by check or credit card. PayPal payments are considered cleared
instantaneously.
Because consults are educational as
opposed the therapeutic your fee can not be deducted as a medical expense,
however you could deduct it as a business/education expense.
Also, you do not have to disclose the session to a supervisor such as you
might be obliged to do if it were therapy.
Refunds must be requested 24 hours prior to the
appointment. There is a $25 service fee for processing a refund.
